4/ Link at top of thread is to the inspiration program. I'm not doing that; doing something simpler: * 25 reps left hand + 25 reps right hand = 50 * rest 60 seconds * repeat until done Got kind of zen around rep 350 or so - stopped feeling like work and just dissociated a bit
