3/ if I had to bet, "safe location" means "aunt wondered where the kids were, and mom couldn't be found, and Marshalls tracked down mom in jail on drug charges, and turns out dad had them the whole time" of course, press release phrases it in a way that makes it sexier

7/ This is a good and smart take, Donut. In at least 1/3 of the cases, the kids were safe; implication being that they were w a parent or relative.
