/ It was a bit of work, but not too bad. Consulted my logs and saw that I've exceeded this once before in my life: did 35# x 100 reps x 3 sets once around a year ago. So, anyway, going to add a set every now and then til I get up to 10 sets. That's 500 reps in a workout.

/ Arguably a 35# KB is a bit lame for a bigger guy like me, so at some point I'll want to start switching in the 50 pounder for a set or two or more. Anyway. Goals.

/ Also pushed my bench north of 200# for reps today, for the first time since rotator cuff damage over the winter. Warmup at 170# felt really really hard, but then I got angry, and 190# and 210# were easier than the warmup. Nice.

/ And, finally, dragged my sandbag over to the doctor's scale and weighed it. 110#. Gonna do something with that bastard, but not sure what. OHP, maybe?

Air quality around here has been so bad with all the wildfires that I’ve had to move my workouts indoors, which means bye-bye rings and hello Mr. Kettlebell. Transitioning workout into Pavel’s Simple & Sinister. Turkish get-ups are *tricky* to learn.
