Truth is not a boolean. Things can be more or less true. Truth is AT LEAST a two dimensional space.

That's more about "truth relative to available information", which does diminish over time. My great grampa wrote surveying reports about the US-Mexico border. Those reports can be used for writing true history, but I can't ask him about information not in those reports anymore.
