live-poasting my executive function issues is not a tool I reach for as often as I used to and I feel a bit sheepish doing it now because I am supposed to be Better and Older or something butfuckit why throw out a good tool just because it's "embarrassing"

I only "have" to do one thing today but that is a fairly simple thing the problem is that there are about 100 things that are gumming up my workflow, which I have been trying to deal with for the past few weeks and only just now have the energy to tackle

basically ever since late February, with very little reprieve, my Set of Intentions and Tasks has resembled, with varying degrees of intensity, a million tiny identical cubes with each Task written on each one in ittybitty letters plus some asshole dumped them all over my floor
