Good day in the gym. Bumped bench > 200 lbs for the first time since I damaged my rotator cuff hauling brush over the winter.

I tore my rotator cuff like 6 years ago, I go with light weight and higher reps now. Not worth it.

I quit progressive deadlifts In 2018 when I blew out my L5 disc doing a 340 lb lift. Aging tissue I suppose. My toes are still numb.
