So, I spent $20,000 to buy a new stove, hood, and blower from @ajmadison. Two man team showed up to deliver it last week. "We can't lift it; we'll stick it in your barn and come back in a few days".
They never came back.
So now there's a $20,000 stove exposed to weather.

4/ I've been keeping a paper trail of all of this. I refused to sign for the delivery. When I got email asking "how was the service?" I explained that the $20,000 range is not in the house, but is in a barn, exposed to the weather.

5/ Went online just now to see where the second half of the delivery is - recall that
@AJMadison told me via email it would be here in 1-2 days. Their website tells me 2-3 weeks. This is ON TOP of the 2-3 week schedule slippage they already had. Note >>>pic.twitter.com/dpf2n2gC8t

6/ How I placed the order well in advance, and told the sales guy that delivery in 6 weeks was necessary, and he even wrote that into the order. And note that it's 9 weeks later and the stove is in a barn getting exposed to weather & hood is 2-3 weeks out. Great job
