2/
Monday, promised day, came and went. Crew never arrived. @AJMadison sent me email "second part of your order shipped; expect it in 1-2 days".
3 days later, not here.

3/ Called
@AJMadison on the phone, got put in a phone queue, then got dropped. Called back, waited in queue for 15 minutes, reached a person, he transferred me to original sales guy ... who's voicemail was full or something. So I hung up.Show this thread -
4/ I've been keeping a paper trail of all of this. I refused to sign for the delivery. When I got email asking "how was the service?" I explained that the $20,000 range is not in the house, but is in a barn, exposed to the weather.

5/ Went online just now to see where the second half of the delivery is - recall that
@AJMadison told me via email it would be here in 1-2 days. Their website tells me 2-3 weeks. This is ON TOP of the 2-3 week schedule slippage they already had. Note >>>pic.twitter.com/dpf2n2gC8t

6/ How I placed the order well in advance, and told the sales guy that delivery in 6 weeks was necessary, and he even wrote that into the order. And note that it's 9 weeks later and the stove is in a barn getting exposed to weather & hood is 2-3 weeks out. Great job

That's why you don't buy stoves from the affair website
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Can the Kubota lift it? (nylon straps etc of course)

I bet it can, but ... not my problem. I paid for in-house delivery.
