I snagged a professional unit on my way out the door of my previous job at a commercial kitchen equipment company. I'm excited to put it to use when our meat chickens are ready to migrate to the freezer in a few weeks.

It's a Euro model so I'll have to put a dryer plug on it and use it in the laundry room (I confirmed 60Hz is fine as long as it's ~230V) but that shouldn't be too much trouble. Worth the trouble for a free chamber vac!
