This happened to me when I ordered kitchen appliances from Lowe’s and I’m pretty sure I bought the wrong fridge from the three I was trying to decide from. Highly annoying.

Yep, I did a shopping cart once and it had this. All it did was store the cart contents in the database for a few days and an automated script cleared out carts that had been left to expire. Can't believe a huge company can't handle this basic operation. It probably costs sales.
