And use Google Maps at de facto "We have an X:00 meeting with Dublin and you have to fight your way up the commute chain". It's a 1 hour drive to Tracy at times and a 5 hour drive to Tracy at others. /I... refuse to do this, and fear the inevitable flight for the suburbs.

It could start as a simple weekly newsletter curating 10 real estate listings.

I'm not sure of the market size tho. I wonder how many tech workers in SF/NYC are actively in the market for a homestead. This market is interesting, because you deal with ppl who have $$$ and no time. And COVID (WFH) / Starlink will accelerate this trend.

the real estate market is extremely full of friction and laziness so you gotta look at many different websites because most people listing their stuff only use 1-2 of them, a lot of properties you COULD buy end up never even listed online too

The problem is all the answers are either local or hyper-local, and good local agents remain the best bet. A broader-view company could help by collecting higher-level data (what states have the best sets of tax rates & city-commutable rural land, etc.)
