13 acre parcel near me went up for sale, asking price $66k.
I consider it fairly unbuildable - access is via a more or less vertical cliff face, and it's adjacent to a working quarry.
I offered 50% and was laughed at.
Today I saw that it's under contract.

possible! ...but I'm betting not. I traced the two parcels back 60 years and they're both owned by locals who are just sitting on them. A, the one that just sold, has been on and off the market. B hasn't been listed. Bit of a building boom going on, I suspect a developer?

10’ is pretty narrow. I wonder if they have, or will attempt, to negotiate a wider easement from the property. Typically need 20’ for fire trucks.
