The thing that interests me is how much cash is on the table, the culture is so debased, anyone offering a decent alternative on the architectural/arts/philosophy spectrum should have a strong contrast to make. It needs to happen, and it can if we disentangle from the insane.

I think Simon Sarris has the formula. Lasso together the exurbanization trend into a return to nature/more organic, sustainable, older forms of life, but with the ability to still participate in remote work with current tech. It's very doable and the catalyst is there.
