Sure. But in the end you pay for everything, one way or another. Healthcare is an investment in a country's human capital, encourages business formation, reduces law enforcement expenses etc. So my argument for it is at least "not strongly ideological" or so?

If anything, my opinions around open carry are -more- ideological for me than around healthcare, because they're much less utilitarian and much more "why the fuck not?" I mean, my original comment half just glib being amused at being on a weird side again, but also quite serious
