2/ not sure that I've got the dump valve installed correctly - is surplus water supposed to dump even when washing? so, may take the washer back to the shop and fiddle with it before washing out stall #2

8/ Yes, my design is the same as yours. * 3/4" thick pine wood * 1/4" dado (it's a rabbit if at the END of the plank, a dado if in the center) * glue * pneumatic staple from outside * putty to cover staple hole face frames cut from pine, again glue and staple
