not remotely I can tell you that I'm going to bid $1 higher than you at the auction, and that's not a threat ("a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action"), but it's something you won't like.

also, you've altered the hypothetical by adding a new element: if ultimatum: do X ** OR ** I will do Y. We could argue about that formulation, I guess, but that is NOT what we have been discussing so far.
