First year with the tractor I was frustrated w the three point hitch. The left and right lower arm "chains" were banged to heck and were laborious to use. A year or two later I replaced them w "vernier" style telescoping ones I learned about on http://tractorbynet.com

2/ But then for the last 5.5 years I've put off replacing the right lifter arm assembly, even tho the barrel nut is peened hard onto the threads and is thus non-adjustable. I end up using a Burke Bar to nudge a ~800 lb rototiller around, or a tractor jack to lift one end

3/ After more of that nonsense yesterday decided to bite the bullet and drop the $220 or whatever on replacing the lifter rod assembly ... and then noticed (see upper right hand corner of diagram) that it's available as a package as part "010" for 1/2 pricepic.twitter.com/uvukuXAhd2
