Of course, Lowes is almost certainly tracking this, just not in a publicly accessible github repository (or whatever). Customer service orgs live and die by their ticketing systems... ... in fact, I'll bet this is in THREE tracking systems, none of them interacting!

There is also the internal matter of assigning blame: the store almost never wants to pay for a mistake; corporate wants to pay for goodwill but wants it to come out of the individual store's budget.
