I guess it is simpler to make the leap from "(allegedly) bad person dead = good" than to add in the complexity of "killing people without strong justification = VERY bad."

Hot take: the lionization of comic book characters such as Punisher, Vigilante, Rorschach, and even Batman has helped too many people morally justify this type of murder.

I disagree with your position, in part (the moral rather than legal aspect,) but the ineptness of folks arguing with you is more annoying because of how much it misses the point. Like, I can take a strict propertarian position but if you’re going to do that, do it.
