3/ This isn't a choice between "China gets bacon or Americans get bacon". This is a choice between "China gets frozen carcasses, or the carcasses get buried in land fills". Only one of those two choices gives American farmers money.

The problem we have is "(butcher)" is actually "massive processing plant with thousands of employees, so if one gets C19, within a few days most of them do and it has to shut down" We need smaller plants filling that role, to minimize the damage when one has to shut down.
