3/ HOWEVER, I guess to fund their operations, the website demands a credit card if you want to actually print out the results. Can't right click and save the images either. :(

I screen cap the docs and save as PDF, but I am not a computer expert. You can draft a new deed and eliminate the easement that one parcel has over the other. To do a real merger of the parcels you will need a plan to put before the planning Board.
