2/ If you've read that disclaimer and are still reading this thread (like an idiot), here's what has worked for me: * keto works. Cut almost all (all?) carbs from your diet. Eat meat, veggies, cheese, and not much else. * track calories on a notepad or in a spreadsheet.

13/ Goal of this is not to burn calories per se, but to hammer your body and tell it, at a biochemical level, "hey, we're not sitting in cave over the winter, trying to hold onto calories. It's spring, and we're chasing gazelle with an atl atl."

But on this - while totally endorsing "keep it simple" - alternate KB swings with full press up to star jump burpees, and you will activate pretty much every important muscle there is, and exhaust your heart and lungs more than just swinging can. imho.

Or a simple Turkish Get Up, you don’t even needweight before they get tiring. And functionally great practice for getting up when you are old...
