tbf they probably would be struck down by SCOTUS but SCOTUS has discretion about whether or not it hears a case and they exercise it almost every time it would actually be worth hearing the case Status quo is important and all

No idea what the truth value of that is, or why it's relevant to this discussion. Sounds like sarcasm. However, one judge has already ruled on the drive-in church matter and ruled no compelling state interest is present in the case.
