Many folks have shirts, mugs etc. declaring their love of chocolate, wine, etc. But those things didn't get hoarded - toilet paper & soap did. So where are the shirts, mugs etc. declaring a love of toilet paper?

well, besides Adam Smith's "wine water paradox", there's also the fact that "I love chocolate" is a Schelling point for socialization / community building / identity signalling..
