Farm quarantine, day 13. For lunch I pounded flat some porkchops (from pigs I raised last year and butchered over the winter), then marinated in black vinegar, rice vinegar, soy, Five Spice, and garlic. Dredged in flour, eggs, then panko. Deep fried. Served w mayo + gochujang
