Yes, if a vaccine is coming, then delay is a gamble on if can delay that long. But I've heard 18 mo. to get vaccine, and this should spread to all of world faster than that.

Saw a press conference with the top German experts yesterday and they unanimously said that a vaccine won't be ready before 2021.
