This is where I differ from @VarangianSkull . A minority of people: young, attractive women - are gifted with a HUGE amount of unearned "privilege" (for want of a better word). At some point they lose it and become mere mortals.
Why should I weep for a "fair" Gini coefficient? https://twitter.com/VarangianSkull/status/1225454915956432896 …

4/ This is a good analogy. Related: I quite enjoy watching videos of young jackasses crashing their supercars. https://twitter.com/VarangianSkull/status/1225456393295101953 …

5/ I've got some relatives who were quite well off - earned INSANE money...but saved very little. One day, the "up or out" industry ... spit this relative out. Income went to $0, and he ended up with a relatively crappy career. ...with nothing saved. I think about this >>>

6/ my horror for the implicit regret of squandering an inheritance for a bowl of pottage is off the scale. I find that behavior abhorrent beyond words. This is EXACTLY what feminist / leftist counsels as best approach for young women. * squander inheritance * complain later

7/ ...and young women, having made the most of the inequality they stumbled into, then turn around and lament "Oh NOOOOO ... I'm about to be a pathetic loser like THE REST OF YOU". ...and are then surprised when they do not get sympathy from the rest of us. LOL, get !@#-ed.

8/ Gnon is kind to women. Something like 95% of women reproduce. Gnon is brutal to men. There is a long uphill climb of training, fighting, competing in the marketplace. 50% of men are failures, and do not reproduce.

9/ To watch a woman be handed the magic ticket to life, flush it down the toilet for lulz, and then complain that she has to sit in coach with all the smelly little people (i.e. men and un-pretty women)... wow, that's something.

10/ Oh, sure, I UNDERSTAND it. I just land somewhere on the continuum between "not giving a !@#" and laughing.https://twitter.com/notPotus42/status/1225459656094572545 …

I think there are a few differences. 1) Slavers were morally wrong. 2) Squandering is not slavery, but it’s still considered a character failure. The woman is born this way, and the loss is inevitable, so there is no moral component to either.

So sympathy is maybe too strong, but understanding is warranted. After all, if chance worked differently, it could be you. Just like they *should* understand that someone born an average male doesn’t ever get their level of “privilege”. Humans are bad at both, though.
