...and was in no big rush to get it out. I had to press the issue, he finally took the cow home. A week later, it was back, and he pastured it on my land again for several days.

and then of course 3) zoning setback issue, where the law is clear, I told the neighbor before construction started, I offered him cash to stop, and he screamed F bombs at me for 15 minutes because "I am !@# ing him in the ass"

and ... I know that I'm kind of cold and too rational, but ALSO I've been very polite, and asked people nicely to just respect the law / my property rights, and somehow I come out of it as the bad guy, and I fear that the whisper network now has me pegged as "that big !@# hole"
