    > highly enriched 400 parts per million, against a baseline of 300 part per million I.e. moving from 78.089% Nitrogen, 20.947% Oxygen, 0.031% CO2 to 78.084% Nitrogen, 20.946% Oxygen, 0.041% CO2 does not strike me as deserving of the phrase "highly enriched".https://twitter.com/toad_spotted/status/1220912863612678145 …

Highly enriched CO2 environments, while not unprecedented in Earth’s history, are unprecedented for humans, and likely we’ll see some problems from that- whether directly due to physiological stress, or indirectly via novel parasites, quite aside from potential climate mechanisms.

2/ Meh. See the table at the bottom of page 807. Atmospheric CO2 is 400 ppm. "green" scenario where people perform best is 700pm. "bad" scenario where people perform slightly worse is 1400 pm. If atmospheric CO2 rises for 300 yrs we hit 1st scenario. https://twitter.com/clockworkwhale/status/1220914975645896704?s=19 …

Also I have a feeling local Co2 varies a lot more than global Co2 have changed

Since exhaled air is about 4% CO2, using an average 1/2 l of air per breath, and 15 breaths/min, a closed 3x3x3 m room will go from 300 ppm to 400 ppm in 9 minutes with one person in it (in 1 hr it'll reach 967 ppm). These levels are harmless to humans, biologically speaking.

These creeps will kill us if we are not careful. Given the power they'll do whatever it takes to drive CO2 down and it won't affect temp so they'll push to do more until they drive it below 150ppm survival limit and we croak.
