back of envelope ... use two layers of aluminum foil with a layer of saran wrap wrap in between. Extra layer on the outside to insulate from the next layer. rig up a "machine" that holds the four spools and feeds them onto a dowel on a wood lathe foil is ~ 0.016 mm thick >>

so x 4 = 0.06 mm per layer let's build it with a diameter of 1 meter radius 0.5 m 83,000 layers ? divide in half bc suckage 40,000 layers surface area per layer = ...

roughly zero in the inner layer and C=2 pi R = 3.14 m length x let's make it 18 tall = 0.5 m = 1.6 m^2 so on average layers are 0.8m^2 https://www.globalindustrial.com/p/foodservice/paper-supplies/food-wraps/reynolds-wrap-heavy-duty-aluminum-foil-roll-18-x-500ft-silver?PicGroupKey=60368 …

0.8m^2 x 40,000 layers = 32,000 m^2 how much voltage could we put on this? 1 v? this is where I'm SWAGing it

I’m finding it difficult to believe that in the vast collection of spergs orbiting the Morlock star there are no electrical engineers to run some quick capacitor math.
