if you just want to replace the one cabinet for the stove, consider doing something fun with stainless steel. Even if you pay a fortune for the one cabinet, it will be cheaper than replacing all the others, or trying to match the ones you have (which it never will).

I had to replace a weird-width stove and built a narrow pull-out cabinet with a shelf inside and two granite tiles on top. Worked out well.
