Yes! However, if zoning already eexists then it means that the simple bundles of rights have be4n complicated by transferring away my right to, say, build a gas station, but in return, giving me a new right to not have such built near me. >>> https://twitter.com/_S70DD/status/1216522153035694080 …

2/ Debundling rights and rebundling them into new packages is a fine thing, and the source of much wealth creation. Ideally done via the free market, but not always. But given that government exists, and given that I purchased rights/ property bundle consisting of W, X, Y, Z

3/ Then I will get upset if a government official - in violation of the law - says "you know what ? I'm talking asset X from that bundle and handing it to someone else. Because I say so." I will petition politely. I will file objections. And, finally, I will sue.

5/ You continue to not read what I've wrote. I'm suing the town for violating the law. If you want to think that me suing the government to force them to obey the law that the citizens voted for is a win for government, feel free. https://twitter.com/_S70DD/status/1216535578117885952?s=19 …

6/ The town DOES have a zoning code. Adopted by a majority vote of the citizens. I read the entire thing, cover to cover, before choosing to buy this house. One government employee chose to ignore it and approve an eyesore 18' from the property line.https://twitter.com/PurpleProz/status/1216550588705472512?s=19 …

7/ The zoning code is not abandoned or ignored. It is in force, and obeyed...mostly. Except one good old boy decided to #$%^& me over as a favor to his buddy.

This is the most common yet quiet lawsuit type that exists, its the "Government chose to ignore its own laws," (there was one for a rail project near here, they agreed to let the farmer build his rain barrier so the government could build a train station
