The other day I was in a pitch meeting for a product that can save patients/clinics hundreds of dollars a case by making analysis efficient, such that they are currently charging 5-6 bucks for something that currently costs the system 5-600. The response? You should charge more!

tbh I would generally call that positive assuming $5-6 is close to their cost, if you're sitting on a 2-order-of-magnitude productivity gain you probably should try to capture at least more than 1% of it you'll probably make better use of the money than your counterparties
