26/ Send them Christmas cards and tell them about your year ... and how you're going to raise a few cows next year (not for sale to the public, sorry...just for you and some friends). My God, those customers will want your limited edition steak SO BAD.

agreed I am a happy customer of a bunch of local microbrews that do stuff like this 3x more expensive than mass-market, maybe 10% better-quality product in isolation, definitely 5x more interesting an experience

Said it several times in your threads, we get our beef from a college buddy, who is a dairy farmer. He raises his steers and takes them to a local butcher who is so good we had to place a reduced order just to get in before NEXT January. Quality is much better than store bought.
