2/ third, who's actually a few years younger than the first two, looks about 10 or 15 years older. On oxygen. Never walks anywhere. Basically looks like he's tired of living and wishing that the grave would hurry up and take him. Biggest variable I see is desire to walk / work.

3/ On that note: I turn 50 in 18 months. * going to lose another 50 lbs before then * aiming for a 320 lb bench press * no specific OHP / mil press goal, but working hard. Had a great day today pyramiding up to top set and back down again.

The women in my family are prone to dementia. Of my grandmother and her three sisters, one died unexpectedly young, two (both smokers) got the loopiness in their late 70s, & my great aunt, always fit and engaged with people, is 90+ & hosts weekly poker games and yearly reunions.
