You'd have to know the profile, and if you did, you'd just make a key in advance- TSA wouldn't stop you from bringing it. But underlying point being that taking over the passenger cabin isn't as potentially 'rewarding' as it used to be.

That does seem to be the overarching point. Even if we didn't screen baggage at all, nobody is hijacking an aircraft anymore. However, I had the THOUGHT that you could maybe print a convincing *fake* bomb and try to make demands.
