guys, I almost never travel but these days I'm starting to, a bit (visit frens in TX, etc.) I'm comparing flights on Expedia * is that the best place to do this? * where do I look to compare reviews of various airports for transfers? * is there a good site reviewing planes?

When I'm doing coaster trips, I just use Google Flights, and stick to known good airlines. Delta/Jetblue/Alaska are good, United is acceptable on short/medium-haul direct flights only. Avoid Spirit/American.

Bluntly, if you're looking at seat pitch/etc/etc, you're either: * Taller than my 6'5" self (But that's why I avoid Spirit, just an FYI) * Doing a long-haul international and/or red-eye * Overthinking things

6'5", 265. If I can fit on the coasters, I can fit in the airplanes (except Spirit).

Honestly, thinking back, on my last LGA to ATL flight, they strapped a guy who was at least 80 pounds heavier than me into the seat. He brought his own seatbelt extenstion, but that was Delta if it matters.
