...the series would be forgotten, like "Time Tunnel" (what? exactly) TNG tried the same formula. The problem was, Picard had a fantastic actor with immense presence. Troi and Riker...did not. The chemistry wasn't there; Patrick Stewart had to carry the whole thing.
