This one is actually my top OHP but I do sets of five rather than going for ORM. I take a lot of pictures to track weight/progress/etc and for accountability but most aren’t pictures of anything specialpic.twitter.com/hxKmQwRuL8

nice MP / OHP is one of my favorite lifts I also do 5 rep sets, one ORM (I can still call it a PR when I do a new weight in a set)
