can you explain what this means ? Is there a colon missing between "class" and "retirement" ? If so...then you're saying that elites lock down financial security in 10 years and are free to do whatever?

Maybe put another way: McKinsey is an index fund of big companies, but you invest time instead of money and they’re very picky about who gets to do that.
