2/ the nearside of the moon has three large connected "seas", across the northern half. Facing the moon, look at the top half. Find the left most sea. Look at the right edge where it merges with the middle sea. There are three craters. The northern-most one is Aristillus.pic.twitter.com/tv8VvQg9bj
3/ This movie still is CGI generated, and the POV is not the same as from Earth - it's somewhere off to the west, as the Sea of Tranquility is off near the horizon. This is where Apollo 11 landed, and while the landing site is non dead-center on the moon as seen from Earth ...
4/ it's pretty close - 0.8°N 23.5°E . We picked a landing site that is trivially visible from Earth for a variety of reasons, including the cats-eyes reflectors we left there to study Earth-moon distance.
