2/ and with a Wall Street bank corporate culture (and funding), submitting multi-thousand dollar expense reports for staying in hotels and wining and dining "potential clients" at top tier restaurants didn't raise any eyebrows. They got away with it for a year before caught.

3/ And then, of course, a financial company doesn't want to get a reputation as "being bad with money", so they didn't sue, call the police, or anything. Just let both of them resign quietly. Amazing.
