Skipped gym for a week because my back was hurting. It got 80% better, but not 100%. I decided that, !@# it, I was heading back to the gym, lest this hiatus turn me from "a guy who skipped a few days" into "a guy who used to lift, back in the day". >>

2/ Skipped the top set of bench (negatives at 250#) and the sets below that (~3 reps at 230#) ; took it easy w top set of 210#. Downgraded KB swings from 3 sets to 1 half set: 35# x 50. I feel warm, healthy, and my back feels BETTER than it did an hour ago. Yeee-haw!
