I've been engaging with younger guys more recently, giving a bit of advice from time to time (when warranted), and it's so delightful to see young men thriving, moving forward, making progress, having good attitudes.
Most want to succeed.

7/ Anyway, it's a self-solving problem. I've mentored (often no more than a kind word or two via DMs) maybe a dozen guys. Three or four of them had melt downs and blocked me. The others all made me proud with great attitudes and small success, which compound.

8/ Not sure I have any grand thesis here. A few small theses, though: * progress is hard * screaming at people who try to help with honest feedback is bad * doing so only hurts the screamer * lotta those young men - they're gonna be ok. Makes an old milkman proud. Onward!
