Magnesium glycinate may be helpful. Also, zinc & vit D vital. Good to get D levels tested to see if they're too low. About 50 is good. I take KAL mag glycinate. https://amzn.to/2PWB26aIt Helps increase GABA. (Magnes malate I took wired me.)

Great info. I take D and it helps. Did ZMA and realized later that the catastrophic GI issues were not keto but were ZMA. Stopped ZMA. Is mag citrate better?

There may be individual differences in this, but I have ADHD and taking mag malate at night jacked up the awake and crazy. Glycinate does not.
