One philosophy understands things as "an animal raised in an 'optimized environment' (factory) is 'cleaner' than an animal that comes from nature" The other understands things as "an animal raised in nature is 'cleaner' than an animal that comes from an optimized environment"

What I'm getting at is that even if your sanitary conditions are not as good as those of bigger butchering facilities... your "process" is still "cleaner" because of the lives of the animals that are being butchered
