I guarantee no matter how much meat you process at home you will never taint 2 million pounds this is a statistical issue: does the central limit theorem hold, or not? i.e. are the tails thin, or fat?

Key point: "cleanliness" of how the animal was raised =/= "cleanliness" in how the animal is butchered "Cleanliness" in terms of how the animal is raised means the animal is raised in an evolutionarily sensitive environment... and it has nothing to do with the butchery.
