2/ Moved dump trailer into storage tent. Moved railroad tie into pig pasture (going to dig down and place it under gate that connects pasture front-0 to front-1. Replaced defective cat-1 pin on snowblower. Used oxy torch to heat a bent and torn flange on SB so i could forge it

3/ After forging it back to shape, MIG welded the torn metal. Wife brushed then hit with primer. Lubed up the universal joints in the SB PTO shaft. Reloaded the grease gun - do NOT regret buying grease by the case Misplaced locking air chuck, bought 2 replacements. Spares good

4/ Failed to drop 3 or 4 trees that had been on my to do list. Failed to start a fire in wood "boiler" and switch house over to wood heat. Failed to put orange driveway marker stakes in. ~ 75% tho, so passing score. ("Gentleman farmer C")

7/ Even as i was giving the snowblower its annual maintenance and mounting it on the tractor, imwas thinking "isn't this a bit early?" Weather report today predicts 5-6" of snow a week out. Wow!

8/ Also, a week or more of low temperatures. You know, I COULD slaughter the pigs this weekend, gut them, and hang them for a week, then butcher a week or so out... But maybe time is better spent dropping a few marked trees and skidding them to the firewood area before snow?
