I don't have fancy data logging or regression tests to prove it, but I'm coming up with a folk hypothesis that when I do a bunch of kettlebell swings three times a week, I feel pretty great.

2/ Related: some might suggest that I failed miserably at a new bench PR attempt (240# x 0 reps), but as an optimist, I prefer to say that I'm doing advanced training methodologies and completed one negative in very good form.
