14/ Not sure that I agree, but I'd need to dig deeper into the data and the party affiliation of votes on the various bills, which I don't have time to do right now. https://twitter.com/gaitanalyst/status/1181555164110557184 …

15/ You're moving goal posts. You specifically talked about the demographic changes in the US from 1900 to the current year, and when I pointed out that there WEREN'T any (at least on the black percent), you've dodged and changed your thesis. No bueno. https://twitter.com/gaitanalyst/status/1181556248459780097 …

16/ I agree that there isn't an existing reparations narrative for white criminals, but that doesn't mean I can't start one! I think that national divorce (red vs blue) is good, but is only a small start. We need much more devolution!https://twitter.com/american_sulla/status/1181566246770401281 …

Henry Sulla @american_sullaReplying to @MorlockP @manforoneseasonThere isn't a reparations narrative or movement for other people that I know of. Plus you were talking about segregation from the bad ones in prison to whom this would be offered. Voluntary of course. 17/ Romney, while a complete cuck, was correct that 47% of people contribute absolutely nothing to society. I'm a firm believe in exit and in freedom of association. I'd like to leave behind criminals (~5%) and incompetents (the other 42%). Small voluntary society.

19/ so you're using the word "fascism" (or, more precisely, "fascist energy") to describe a desire to leave a region, leave the people there 100% unmolested, and set up a new society somewhere else?

20/ Fascism is a desire to have government run private enterprise. It's a principle, or an ethos, or an axiom. My assertion that 47% of people contribute nothing is a testable hypothesis, not a moral claim or a desired end state. ORTHOGONAL to fascism.https://twitter.com/manforoneseason/status/1182295390508310529 …

21/ You could have a fascist state that thinks that 99% of people contribute, or that 2% do (I suspect that the Nazis, a populist organization, thought 90+%). You could be a libertarian and think either 99% or 2%.

but political ideologies are made up of more than just discrete logical claims made in the political abstract, they are also (and perhaps are represented more truthfully) as a set of values, attitudes, or aesthetics.

and the point of my observation was to note that to more that the claim you were making - “x percentage of the population contributes nothing” - could be considered itself orthogonal to fascism or reminiscent of it.

that's sort of the opposite of the naive reading of your wording. "strong fascist energy" is quite different from "this may or may not have anything at all to do with fascism"

i mean my claim wasn’t ‘oh hey these two things are kinda related isn’t that neat’ it was more ‘this sounds similar to elements of fascism/is a core premise of fascist narratives about society and that should be concerning’
